Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made with a minimum 2 days prior to the cruise will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours in advance of the tour will receive a voucher for a future cruise in full value.
No shows or cancellations made less than 24 Hours that are not weather related, prior to a scheduled cruise will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event that extreme weather causes the cancellation of your tour, each passenger will be provided a rain check for future use or 100% refund
Captain may postpone your cruise at the time of departure if the weather conditions present an unsafe situation
Alcohol Policy- Very Important
Beer, Wine, Prosecco, Champagne is allowed.
Lake Enforcement Prohibits Liquor on smaller passenger boats. This law is heavily enforced on the Lake and can be cause for fines and possibly imprisonment.
No Liquor (Hard Liquor, Spirits are prohibited) Passengers are subject to bag checks and no pre-made drinks are allowed.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the Cycleboat party mixer Cruises. When reserving the whole boat, requests can be made in advance for consideration.
We suggest bringing the correct amount of beverages. It seems we have people either bringing way too much or not enough.
. We reserve the right to disembark any passengers that are intoxicated or to deny boarding for any passengers arriving at the launch intoxicated.
